If you could choose five players that would have the best chance to beat Tiger who would it be?

Mine would be........(in no particular order)

-David Toms

-Jim Furyk

-Padraig Harrington

-Geoff Ogilvy

-Ben Hogan (In his prime)|||i would say if they were on top of their game

-Padraig Harrington

-Ian Poulter

-Sergio if he learned how to putt like when he was young

-Anthony Kim

-Henrik Stenson

and Y.E. Yang but he already did beat him straight up. Got to give him credit.|||Mine would be.......(in no particular order)

-David Hasslehoff (drunk)

-Jim Carrey

-Optimus Prime

-Geoffrey Rush

-Hulk Hogan (NWO)|||I'm sorry to say, but i don't agree with all your picks.

I think David Toms is a good, solid, steady player, but he's not gonna beat Tiger with a bunch of pars. Same goes for Jim Furyk. To beat Tiger, you need someone who can make a lot of birdies cause Tiger rarely gives up shots to the field.

My picks are (in no particular order):

Rory McIlroy (unreal swing, amazing talent. Future World #1 in my books)

Phil Mickelson (has the ability to beat Tiger, just not consistently)

Anthony Kim (this is a wild card pick...he's had a tough 2009 with injuries, but still is in the Top 5 PGA Tour rankings in birdies per round, and he just has no weaknesses in his game)

Byron Nelson in his prime (11 straight wins and one of the greatest ball-strikers ever)

Jack Nicklaus (18 majors...enough said)|||wow i dont agree with your picks, david toms, jim furyk, padraig harrington, and geoff ogilvy have the chance to beat tiger many times every year. and you didnt even put jack nicklus on there. i think everyone would love to see tiger and jack go head to head when both were in thier prime. mine would be,

jack nicklus(prime)

byron nelson(prime)

arnold palmer(prime)

lee travino(prime)

walter hagen(prime)

and player that is currently playing has the shot to beat tiger all the time and they fail most of the time, i would like to see some older great players take on tiger.|||I would say that on a day in day out basis, at this time there is no one that would beat Tiger consistently, but people who feel would have the best chance to beat him would include, obviously Y.E. Yang (proven), Angel Cabrera, and, well, that is about it! Maybe Ishikawa.|||mine would be:

Phil Mickelson

Geoff Ogilvy

vjay singh

Adam Scott

Padraig Harrington
